∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ 1. Bechelor of Secience in EEE/ Mechatonic/ mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience/Diploma in Electrical/ mechatronic/Mechanical Engieering with at least 7 years experience as Instructor in skills training institute or Industry
∎ 2. Preference will be given for candidates having experience to the llight engineering secctor related skills training course along with CBTA certification.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ প্রশিক্ষণ শুরুর আগে প্রশিক্ষণার্থী সংগ্রহ, তালিকাভুক্তি ও ভর্তিতে সহায়তা এবং দক্ষতার সাথে প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করা;
∎ নির্ধারিত কম্পিটেন্সিস স্ট্যান্ডার্ড অনুযায়ী সেশন পরিকল্পনা/পাঠ পরিকল্পনাটি তৈরি করা যা সিবিটিএ প্রশিক্ষণের জন্য দক্ষতার মান গুলির সাথে সংগতিপূর্ণ;
∎ ভর্তি ইচ্ছুক/আগ্রহী/সম্ভাব্য প্রার্থীদের সাথে যোগাযোগের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য নিয়মানুযায়ী সংগ্রহ, ফলাফলপূর্ণ যোগাযোগ এবং উহা নির্ভরযোগ্যভাবে অফিসে জমাদান ও রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ;
∎ প্রয়োজনীয় সকল নথি/ফাইল তালিকাভুক্তির আপডেট রিপোর্ট সংরক্ষণ ও মূল্যায়ন;
∎ ১০০% প্রশিক্ষণার্থী উপস্থিতি নিশ্চিত করা;
∎ ১০০% প্রশিক্ষণার্থীদের পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ নিশ্চিত করা;
∎ দক্ষতা ভিত্তিক প্রশিক্ষণ এবং মূল্যায়ন বাস্তবায়ন নিশ্চিত করা;
∎ এসেট প্রকল্পের মূল্যায়ন এবং শর্ট কোর্স বাস্তবায়নে সার্বিক সহায়তা করা;
∎ ক্লাসরুম এবং ল্যাবে একটি স্বাস্থ্যকর এবং নিরাপদ পরিবেশ বজায় রাখা;
∎ ওয়ার্কশপের আসবাবপত্র সরঞ্জাম এবং সরবরাহের যথার্থ ডকুমেন্টেশন রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ এবং স্টোরেজ/স্টক রেজিস্টার নিশ্চিত করা (মাসিক প্রতিবেদন পেশ করা);
∎ গঠন মূলক এবং সামষ্টিকত মূল্যায়নের জন্য মূল্যায়ন সঠিকভাবে পরীক্ষা করা;
∎ প্রশিক্ষণ কেন্দ্রের বিভিন্ন বাজেট/ক্রয়/চাহিদাপত্র তৈরিতে সহায়তা করা এবং এর সফল বাস্তব নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করা;
∎ প্রশিক্ষণার্থীদের জন্য কর্মসংস্থান নিশ্চিত করা। এ ক্ষেত্রে জবপ্লেসমেন্ট সেলের সাথে সার্বক্ষণিক সহযোগীতা করা;
∎ কোঅর্ডিনেটরসহ উর্দ্ধতন কর্তৃপক্ষ ও নিয়োগ কর্তাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ এবং সম্পর্ক স্থাপন করা;
∎ প্রশিক্ষণার্থীদের কর্মসংস্থানের সুযোগ প্রদানের জন্য তাদেরকে উদ্বুদ্ধ করা;
∎ প্রতিষ্ঠানের অভ্যন্তরীণ এবং বাহ্যিক উভয় ক্ষেত্রে সমস্ত কাগজপত্র/তথ্যাদি এবং অন্যান্য বিষয়দের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখা;
∎ কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশনা মোতাবেক অর্পিত সকল কাজ সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন করা;
∎ প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী কর্তৃপক্ষের দ্বারা নির্ধারিত সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ অন্য যেকোনো কাজ করা।
