• Diploma in Civil
• Diploma in Electrical
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Civil/Electrical with a minimum of 05 years’ experience in the construction sector.
• Diploma in Civil/Electrical with at least 07 years’ experience as an instructor in a skills training institute or they should have 07 years working experience in industry.
• Working experience in skills development project will be an added advantage.

SAIC Professional Training Center, Rajshahi, is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join as Lead Trainer and Assistant Trainer in the following trades:

• Plumbing & Pipe Fittings

• Masonry and Steel Binding

• Tiles & Marble Works

• Electrical Installation & Maintenance

The trainers will play a vital role in developing the technical skills of trainees by delivering practical and theoretical sessions. They will ensure that students gain hands-on knowledge aligned with industry standards and are prepared for employment opportunities in both local and international markets. Trainers will also support curriculum development, maintain training facilities, and provide continuous guidance to learners for their professional growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in trainee enrollment and registration before the start of training.

• Deliver training in accordance with approved CS and CBLM.

• Develop lesson and session plans aligned with the competency standards of CBT&A training.

• Maintain all required documentation, including attendance records, lesson plans, CBLM, trainee information files, updated enrollment reports, assessments, and job placement records, in both hard copy and soft copy.

• Ensure 100% attendance of trainees.

• Ensure 100% trainee success in examinations.

• Ensure the effective implementation of competency-based training and assessment.

• Provide support in short courses for evaluation and implementation under the project.

• Maintain a healthy and safe environment in classrooms and lab room.

• Ensure proper documentation, maintenance, and storage of workshop furniture, equipment, and supplies.

• Accurately review assessment sheets for formative and summative evaluations.

• Assist in preparing the training center’s budget and ensure its effective implementation.

• Ensure employment opportunities for trainees.

• Communicate and build relationships with employers and motivate them to provide employment opportunities to trainees.

• Maintain confidentiality of all documents, information, and other matters both internally and externally within the institution.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the authority as required.
