• As an expert in applicationdevelopment and solution architecture, you will be working closely withimplementation teams and key stakeholders of our customers and partners withinmultiple projects.

• You will be the go-to person inhelping customers and partners understand how the platform can beapplied to implement complex business processes and solutions.You will provide guidance tocustomers how to position the Mendix platform in the best way within theirorganization.

• Interprets internal or externalbusiness issues and recommends solutions and best practicesLeads the teams developers byexample, acting as a mentor in the development craft

• Defines guidelines andestablishes and maintains high quality Mendix application standardsKeeps the other developersengaged with the project we are working with

• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills and an ability to help customers find the right solution(not the obvious one)

• Able to communicate well withall levels, from C-level executives and Enterprise Architects, Designers andDevelopers

• Reaches out to other teams andworks towards alignment and overall continuous improvementActs as a beacon of excellenceand as an employee of reference, mentoring junior colleagues
