Experience:

• Must have graduation/masters from any reputed university.

• Must have at least 10 years’ security working experience with proven track record in any corporate environment. Working experience in oil and gas or safety sensitive organization will be treated as an additional advantage.
• The candidate should have working experience in the similar or service industries.
• Must have sound physical and mental strength to handle situation under strain condition.
• Sufficient working knowledge on office applications and generate reports.
• The candidate should have working experience in Security Operations and Security Management.
• Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/ Word/ Power Point),
• The incumbent should have Security and Fire related trainings.

Job Location - Sylhet Division (Jalalabad, Sreemangal, Habiganj).

We are seeking for few talented youths, energetic, professional, diversified male and female employees in our organization to work with and look after only security operation related issues of the company in different locations.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform as an overall supervisor of the onsite contractor security personnel.
• Ensure that staffs under his supervision receive sufficient information, instruction, training and adequate supervision to enable them to carry out their task in a safe and efficient manner.
• Be responsible for the discipline of the security personnel. Any defaulter - be properly dealt with and report to FSM, Client’s Senior Security Coordinator and Project Office.
• Check daily checkers/activities report of QUICK RESPONSE TEAM and Facility/Field (including pipeline) and forward to Client’s Senior Security Coordinator/ Area Manager for further assessment.
• Carry out regular/surprise inspection of guard post with a report to FSM and Client’s Senior Security Coordinator.
• Take lead and coordinate the team in the event of any emergency or urgency.
• Supervise the activities of Medic, Safety Officer to ensure Fit for duty (FFD), Motor Vehicle Safety and Managing Safe Work Practice compliance as per the Client’s guideline.
• Ensure effective deployment of Field Security Team/QUICK RESPONSE TEAM and generate report Client’s Senior Security Coordinator for onward initiative.
• Maintain strong liaison with Law Enforcement Agencies and onsite Host Government Forces (HGF) team. Keep close contact with the local Police, Police Control Room and all necessary points of contact for quick support and to collect security information in case of Emergency.
• Keep coordination with Security Control Room to run the operation smoothly.
• Keep coordination with Guard House (for Dhaka facility) In Charge and assist him for any operational issue.
