Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: Precify is seeking a passionate, driven, and consultative Lead Sales Consultant to lead the sales of our proprietary CRM platform. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B tech sales who’s ready to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Our CRM is purpose-built for high-volume, customer-centric businesses, including skincare brands, e-commerce operations, and SMEs. As the Lead Sales Consultant, you'll take ownership of the sales pipeline, build lasting client relationships, and shape how businesses adopt technology that fuels growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the CRM platform to F-commerce, e-commerce, and SME clients
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client business models
- Generate leads through outreach, referrals, and industry networking
- Understand client needs and map them to CRM features and benefits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide feedback to the product team based on market and client insights
- Represent Precify at events, webinars, and business development opportunities
