You’ll help ensure every message, interaction, and insight contributes meaningfully to the brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain active and professional communication channels with customers
- Gather customer feedback and respond accordingly
- Report customer insights regularly to the team lead
- Maintain organized data for analysis and improvement strategies
