Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the Sales Team following the Company's goal, objectives, values & culture with professional manner.
∎ Developing the sales strategies & planning instead of potential customers, competitors & overall market analysis.
∎ Increasing the sales revenue & profit margins by growing the market share, upselling, cross-selling & replacing the competitors.
∎ Collecting & recording the client's service rating & users' feedback & preparing the customer's satisfaction & complaint reports.
∎ Receiving, organizing, validating, the user/clients' requirements on a regular basis.Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
∎ Make a presentation to potential customers.

∎ To coordinate with the Head of the management in planning short- and long-term sales plans.Daily & regular reporting to the management on daily sales & periodical sales activity with performance.
∎ Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual sales target & operational budget.
∎ To arrange collection, forecasting and analysis market data for operating & updating market plans.
∎ Work closely with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure business targets and KPIs are being met.
∎ Create a sales pipeline, carry out sales forecasts, analyze and present the findings to senior management/the board of directors
∎ Develop and follow-up new business development opportunities and improve sales through various methods.
∎ The basic job responsibilities are: Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
