Responsibilities & Context:
Lead product portfolio strategy from ideation, launch, to phase-out for crop protection and nutrition segments.
Secure and renew all regulatory approvals (BRTA, DAE, EPA) to ensure zero compliance gaps.
Optimize product mix and pricing to maximize margin contribution per SKU.
Build rapid submission dossiers for new molecules, formulations, and imported products.
Ensure 100% alignment with national pesticide and fertilizer laws, including labeling and packaging.
Drive cross-functional execution with sales, supply chain, and R&D for timely product launches.
Monitor competitor registrations and product performance to identify portfolio gaps.
Lead post-launch performance reviews and initiate corrective actions on underperformers.
Manage regulatory risk assessments for new product concepts before development.
Establish phase-wise lifecycle governance gates for every active SKU.
Coordinate with legal and external labs for residue analysis and toxicology studies.
Train internal teams on regulatory changes and product compliance protocols.
