As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to build a consistent pipeline of qualified business opportunities. Role Overview The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying, researching, and generating qualified leads for ADEVS` software development, enterprise consulting, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation services. This role focuses on finding decision-makers, generating appointments, qualifying prospects, and supporting revenue growth through systematic outbound and inbound lead generation activities. Success is measured by qualified leads, booked meetings, and pipeline contribution—not by the number of emails sent or messages delivered. Key Responsibilities: Lead Research & Prospecting Identify potential clients across North America, Europe, Australia, and other target markets Research companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities Build and maintain high-quality prospect databases Identify key stakeholders including CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, Founders, IT Directors, Operations Managers, and Business Owners Generate qualified leads through multiple channels Required Experience & Skills: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Development, Business Development, or Appointment Setting Experience generating B2B leads for Software Development, SaaS, IT Services, Technology, or Consulting companies Proven experience with cold email outreach and lead qualification Strong LinkedIn prospecting and networking skills Experience targeting decision-makers in international markets Excellent written English communication skills Strong internet research and analytical abilities Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable working with data, CRM systems, and reporting tools Preferred Skills: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Experience with Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, or similar lead generation platforms Familiarity with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or other CRM systems Understanding of software development services and technology solutions Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms Knowledge of email deliverability and outbound sales best practices Experience working with international B2B clients Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Qualified leads generated per month Sales meetings booked per month Lead-to-meeting conversion rate Prospect response rate CRM data quality and accuracy Pipeline contribution to business development goals
