Experience:

• At least 3 years

LLB and LLM degree from a reputed university with no third class/division or equivalent CGPA in the academic record.

• At least 3 years

• Age At most 45 years

• High level of integrity, professionalism, independence, and objectivity.

• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and sound typing skill in both Bengali and English.

• Willing to work minimum 5 years with the Bank at anywhere in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities:

• Vetting of property related documents, giving opinion on contentious matters, preparing various deeds, agreement etc.

• Handling litigation and documentation related to banking operations, drafting Legal Notices, Plaints, Written Objections/Statements etc.

• Representing the Bank in litigation, particularly in recovery and regulatory matters.

• Advising relevant departments on legal issues in day-to-day affairs.

• Liaising with external counsel and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting line.
