- LLB and LLM degree from a reputed university with no third class/division or equivalent CGPA in the academic record.

- Enrolled advocate with a minimum of 3 years of post-enrollment experience in Court / chamber practices. Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to work in relevant area in any reputed commercial Bank.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, independence, and objectivity.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and sound typing skill in both Bengali and English.
- Willing to work minimum 5 years with the Bank at anywhere in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities:
Vetting of property related documents, giving opinion on contentious matters, preparing various deeds, agreement etc.
Handling litigation and documentation related to banking operations, drafting Legal Notices, Plaints, Written Objections/Statements etc.
Representing the Bank in litigation, particularly in recovery and regulatory matters.
Advising relevant departments on legal issues in day-to-day affairs.
Liaising with external counsel and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting line.
