Responsibilities:
Vetting of property related documents, giving opinion on contentious matters, preparing various deeds, agreement etc.
Handling litigation and documentation related to banking operations, drafting Legal Notices, Plaints, Written Objections/Statements etc.
Representing the Bank in litigation, particularly in recovery and regulatory matters.
Advising relevant departments on legal issues in day-to-day affairs.
Liaising with external counsel and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting line.
