∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the requirements and understand the deliverables
∎ Design, code, test and implement according to software design specifications following standard coding styles and practices
∎ Ensure that development standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer
∎ Work closely with PM and subordinates to fully understand the business process and requirements
∎ Ensure that projects are accurately estimated and delivered to schedule
∎ Actively contribute to the process of continual improvement, with regard to self, team, and systems
∎ Assume a high level of ownership of all work developed as a team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Laravel Requirements :
∎ Proven experience in leading a team of Software Engineers including performance, development, and disciplinary issues.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, Javascript, SQL Server, PgSql
∎ Must have good knowledge of object-oriented software development.
∎ Must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standard.
∎ Knowledge of software design principles, design patterns, coding standards and best practices.
∎ Strong problem solving and coding skills are essential.
∎ Must have very strong analysis and synthesis skills.
∎ Must be able to learn new technologies, tools, and techniques quickly and with minimal supervision.
∎ Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
∎ Familiar with any Project Management tools like JIRA.
∎ Asp.net Requirements:
∎ Responsible for developing and maintaining Business Application and Software Solution.
∎ Analyze, Architect and Design applications and databases.
∎ Develop international standard web application using ASP.Net, C#, MVC, Visual Studio, SQL, PgSQL, Crystal Report etc.
∎ Integration with third party services via APIs, SOAP, REST and Web Services preferred
∎ Continue strategic approach, innovation and develop best practices in the use of technology.
∎ Good understanding in both software development & project life cycle.
∎ Ensure security across all of the technical systems and software services
∎ Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
∎ Seek out new technologies and ideas to add value to project.
∎ Make decisions on short and long term uses of technology within the development/ product road map
