- Bachelor's degree in Russian Language / Foreign Languages / Linguistics or related field.
- Certificate or Diploma in Russian Language from a recognized institute.

- Native or near-native fluency in Russian.
- At least 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Prior experience in teaching job-focused language training is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct Russian language classes focused on communication skills for overseas job seekers.
Develop and deliver lesson plans based on student needs (hospitality, construction, factory, etc.).
Teach vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and sentence structure suitable for workplace communication.
Use practical methods such as role-play, conversation drills, and visual/audio tools.
Assess trainees regularly through oral and written tests.
Prepare trainees for real-life communication in Russian-speaking work environments.
Maintain discipline, participation, and progress tracking for each batch.
Customize lessons for specific job roles if required (e.g., hotel staff, cleaners, drivers, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and training materials.
Stay updated with Russian language teaching methods and integrate them into the curriculum.
