Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities Complete Job Description Produce products according to job specifications, including machine setup, operation, adjustment, and control Prepare requisitions for all lamination-related raw materials and train helpers accordingly Check the quality of produced goods as per the instructions of the Quality Department Duties & Responsibilities Receive work schedules from the Supervisor/Production Department and prepare machines and raw materials accordingly Verify whether the supplied materials are correct for production Properly set up and operate the machine by maintaining accurate temperature and proper tension control according to product specifications Resolve stoppage and breakdown issues to minimize downtime Properly clean the machine after operations and return remaining materials such as adhesives, films, and chemicals to the Store Department correctly Ensure defect-free production and maintain optimum production rates according to Quality Department specifications Identify preventive maintenance requirements and report them to higher management Must be physically and mentally capable of working 12-hour day and night shifts Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor or Production Department Compensation & Other Benefits Provident Fund Lunch Facilities: Fully Subsidized Salary Review: Yearly Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly) Other benefits as per company policy Additional Requirements Age: 20 to 32 years Only male candidates are allowed to apply Must have at least 5–10 years of experience as a Shift Head in Lamination Machine operations in a flexible printing and packaging factory Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates Must have previous experience in maintaining production material records and submitting accurate written reports to higher management Must have experience working with both solvent-based and solvent-less lamination machines Job Location Narayanganj
