To ensure high academic standards and effective clinical training, the college is looking to appoint few Lab Assistant -who will Assist classes, guide students in and practical settings, and contribute to the overall academic environment. The role is crucial in maintaining compliance with BNMC guidelines, improving student performance, and supporting institutional growth through quality teaching and mentorship.
The major Job responsibilities are.
- Assist teachers to take classes.
- Fulfill the regular class equipment requirement
- Maintain and take care of lab equipment.
- Communicate with the students for due collections as per the deadline.
- Keep register of lab classes.
- Inform department head regarding any problems.
- Assist to take exam.
- Assist to promotional task.
- Perform any task as per the decision of authority.
