স্বীকৃত মেডিকেল কলেজ বা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে এমবিবিএস (MBBS) বা স্নাতক ডিগ্রি।
হাসপাতাল/স্বাস্থ্যসেবা ব্যবস্থাপনা, পাবলিক হেলথ (MPH), এমবিএ (MBA) অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে স্নাতকোত্তর ডিগ্রি।

হাসপাতাল বা স্বাস্থ্যসেবা প্রতিষ্ঠানে ঊর্ধ্বতন নেতৃত্ব বা ব্যবস্থাপনা পদে কমপক্ষে ৫ (পাঁচ) বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
