বিএসসি ইন নার্সিংঃ- সংশ্লিষ্ট পদে ০৩-০৪ বছরের বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
ডিপ্লোমা ইন নার্সিং সায়েন্স এন্ড মিডওয়াইফারিঃ- সংশ্লিষ্ট পদে ০৪-০৫ বছরের বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
ডিপ্লোমা ইন মিডওয়াইফারিঃ- সংশ্লিষ্ট পদে ০৩-০৪ বছরের বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
ডিএমএফঃ- সংশ্লিষ্ট পদে ০৩-০৪ বছরের বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
নূন্যতম ৫০ শয্যা বিশিষ্ট হাসপাতালে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
উচ্চতাঃ- নূন্যতম ৫ ফিট ৪ ইঞ্চি ।
নরমাল ডেলিভারীর কাজে দক্ষ ও অভিজ্ঞ থাকতে হবে।
দৃঢ় নেতৃত্ব, যোগাযোগ ও দলগত ভাবে কাজ করার যোগ্যতা থাকতে হবে।
দ্রæতগতি পরিবেশে চাপের মধ্যে কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
সামরিক হাসপাতালে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতাসম্পন্ন পার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
কম্পিউটার কাজ জানা আবশ্যক।
