Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline with biological science up to HSC. Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business would get preference.
∎ 1 - 2 years working experience in sales / marketing / corporate sales activities in Pharmaceuticals, Telecom or consumer products preferable.

Job Context:
∎ CMED Health is a Primary and Preventive Health Care service provider utilizing smart medical devices integrated in smartphone. The goal of CMED is to reduce health risk, health care cost & time through integrating Engineering Capabilities in the Medical Systems.
∎ CMED also offers `Workforce Wellness Program (WWP)` to its corporate clients, through which employees of different offices, factories and corporate houses would be able to avail Digital Primary Health Care Service, get a Digital Health Account, Health Risk Assessment & Advice and Health Data Storage.
∎ To support WWP service expansion and roll-out in different offices, organizations, factories and corporate and manage relationship with partner organizations, we are looking for a few Key Account Managers in our Corporate Sales team
∎ The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote and roll-out WWP service in different organizations & corporate office/factories
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for client organizations
∎ Develop trust relationship with existing clients and being responsible for the effective on-boarding of new clients
∎ Follow-up and monitor all WWP service-related activities in client organizations and ensure resolution of all issues and complains
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual client on-boarding and business target
∎ Train health agents/ health workers of different client organizations on WWP service, digital health service delivery process and CMED mobile app usage.
∎ Prepare reports on market & client visit findings and communicate customer insights to relevant functions for further development of CMED products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Conversant with MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point). Should be able to prepare ppt presentations.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla & English
∎ Ability to work under stress
∎ Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity
