Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Fly Far works with travel & Travel Technology. We provide any form of travel assistance, for example, ticket booking, hotel reservation, visa processing, organizing domestic & international group tours, and providing customized travel packages. Currently, we have three sister concerns Fly Far Ladies, Fly Far Trips & Fly Far Tech which are operating smoothly.
∎ Job Context:
∎ The selected candidate will present Fly Far International to provide world-class customer service to customers and travel agencies.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone·
∎ Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections·Issue tickets, and other travel documents·
∎ Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and special needs·
∎ Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel·
∎ Process ticket changes and refunds·
∎ Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaints·
∎ Ticketing: Issue tickets, process reservations, and handle booking modifications while adhering to airline policies and procedures. ·
∎ Problem Resolution: Address passenger concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to supervisors or management as needed.
