• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience working with software development teams.

• Experience with ERP software projects, and an added advantage if you know Garments/Apparel ERP solutions

• Experience in software project coordination or project management is preferred

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira will be a plus.

• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

• We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring multiple software development projects. This position will provide hands-on experience in Agile project management, client communication, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. The Junior Project Manager will work closely with the project manager and diverse technical teams, including software engineers, UI/UX designers, QA, and business analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing project plans, reports, and documentation.
• Support in scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
• Help track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables using tools like Jira, Open Project, and spreadsheets.
• Maintain project documents, dashboards, Gantt charts, velocity charts, and backlog documentation.
• Assist in business analysis, resource allocation, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Support Agile/Scrum activities (daily stand-up, sprint planning, review, retrospective)
• Coordinate with different departments (Product, Development, QA, Design, Support) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and share client update reports under the guidance of the Project Manager.
• Support ERP implementation and enhancement projects.
