• Ensure smooth functioning of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.

• Conduct regular system health checks and report network or hardware faults.

• Provide first-level technical support for HIS, ERP, and other hospital software.

• Assist in user training for new or updated software modules.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, AMC, and repairs.

• Must have the mindset to do roster duty.

• Perform any other duty assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
