Responsibilities & Context:
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, scanners, and related equipment.
Ensure smooth functioning of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Conduct regular system health checks and report network or hardware faults.
Provide first-level technical support for HIS, ERP, and other hospital software.
Assist in user training for new or updated software modules.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, AMC, and repairs.
Must have the mindset to do roster duty.
Perform any other duty assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
