Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in planning, operation, evaluation, fiscal and personnel management related to all co-curricular activities of the students.
∎ Assist in Planning, design and facilitate all types of activities related to communication, IT and inter-personal skills development of students.
∎ Motivate and organize students to take part in competitive events at home and abroad.
∎ Support in Managing and administering the student conduct and student complaint policies.
∎ Review and evaluate assigned programs and services; recommend and implement approved plans and policies to facilitate and improve the operations and programs within areas of responsibility.
∎ Evaluate student needs and provide support services to respond to those needs.
∎ Assist in the design and assessment of institutional research focusing on student outcomes
∎ Work closely with faculty chairs, Registrar, faculty deans and other appropriate staff in support of student success and learning.
∎ Assist in Preparing Annual Work Plan & Budget for the Club activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1-year(s) Experience in related field.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English
∎ Must be self-motivated, dynamic, energetic and work under pressure.
∎ Having good moral values.
Salary: Negotiable
