Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide regular IT support to students, faculty, and administrative staff.
∎ Perform device servicing and repairs for computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
∎ Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
∎ Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient IT operations.
∎ Provide technical assistance to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
∎ Keep records of service requests and maintenance activities.
∎ Manage and maintain the CCTV surveillance system across the university campus. (CCTV, Intercom, and User Support).
∎ Oversee the intercom and sound system operations, ensuring they are functioning correctly.
∎ Provide necessary IT support at the General Computer Lab·
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems reported by users.
∎ Keep records of CCTV footage and system maintenance activities.
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot Point of Sale (POS) machines in the university canteen.
