Metric provides digital and traditional marketing and advertising solutions, with specialization in the private/independent schools sector.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production design - for marketing & advertising campaigns (building out graphic assets)
∎ Production graphics animation - for digital display advertising
∎ Design copy layouts - for presentations, proposals and print pieces
∎ Web design & layout - for campaign landing pages and web content build-outs
∎ Design support resources for senior design staff
∎ Design visual elements (typography, layout, colour palettes, etc.)
∎ Understand and develop project concepts and requirements
∎ Create & get approval for social media assets (drafts of ads, banners, stories, etc.)
∎ Produce client-ready graphic assets based on concepts and specs
∎ Build out final graphic files accurately and to spec (banners, ads, final print files, etc.)
∎ Provide graphic design support for senior designers
∎ Collaborate with team members to launch design projects
∎ Take accountability for your work, deadlines and commitments
∎ Report to Creative Services Director
∎ Ability to communicate in English.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of work experience
∎ Demonstration of capabilities through your design portfolio
∎ Experience with producing graphics in a commercial setting
∎ Experience in building animations for display advertising
∎ Knowledge of video editing preferred
∎ Ability to build design concepts for brand, web and advertising/marketing applications
∎ Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
∎ Problem-solving aptitude combined with outstanding creativity
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
∎ Ability to understand project requirements and collaborate with teams to launch projects
∎ Attention to detail, able to follow instructions and use checklists
∎ Team player with good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Reliable for an excellent work ethic and completing tasks on time
∎ Participation in design production meetings
∎ Consistent use of file management protocols
∎ Eagerness to improve skills through ongoing professional development
∎ Willingness to sharpen skills and performance through helpful feedback

Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
∎ The compensation package will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
