Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters in Fashion Design Technology from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new design, idea & editing as per the given guidelines.
∎ Keep the Line Manager fully informed on the condition of all design & related teams working and on all the important factors influencing it
∎ Develop the product portfolio of all the developments executed
∎ Regular reporting to line manager, attendance, office discipline and on time respond to company needs
∎ Ensure the execution is high quality with the rest of team members to maintain the quality of service as planned
∎ Collaborate with other designers to coordinate special products and designs
∎ Ensure timely and satisfactory closure of all complaints
∎ Any other task assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong background on ILLUSTRATOR , PHOTOSHOP& other designing software
∎ Should have graphics knowledge on garments basis
∎ Should be good knowledge on print technique on garments
∎ Should have capability to create own concept
∎ Strong Execution Skills and Strategic Thinking with analytical ability
∎ Excellent problem solving skills
∎ Quick and balanced decision making and input skills
