Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Digital Marketing: Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
∎ Monitor and report on campaign performance, suggesting optimizations to improve reach and engagement.
∎ Social Media Management: Manage our social media accounts by curating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with our online community.
∎ Keep up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy.
∎ Market Research: Conduct research to identify target markets, analyze competitors, and stay informed about industry trends. Use data-driven insights to contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies.
∎ Client Communication: Assist in maintaining communication with clients and prospects through various channels.
∎ Provide timely responses to inquiries, gather feedback, and address any concerns professionally.
∎ Branding and Collateral: Contribute to the development and maintenance of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and other materials.
