Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Junior Executive - Operation to join our esteemed team.
∎ As the Junior Executive - Operation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our company. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless discharge operations of diverse vessels and upholding our reputation for excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in managing daily operations.
∎ Assist in the calculation of customs duty and vat.
∎ Coordinate activities with shore-based shipping personnel, principals, and agents.
∎ Contribute to the maintenance and strengthening of our extensive network of agents
∎ throughout Bangladesh.
∎ Collaborate with the Operations Manager to serve as a liaison between Headquarters.
∎ Support the implementation of operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
∎ Assist in monitoring and optimizing resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both male and female can apply.
∎ 01 years’ experience in forwarding agent/shipping agency operations.
∎ Demonstrated ability to work in a team, solve problems, and communicate effectively.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
∎ A basic understanding of shipping, logistics, agency operations and customs works.
