Job Description:
MaachBongo is looking for a motivated and responsible Junior Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will assist in managing daily operations of our fresh fish supply and delivery business. This role involves coordinating customer orders, maintaining sales and delivery records, supporting inventory management, handling client inquiries, and assisting in marketing and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process customer orders efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of sales, delivery, and inventory.
Communicate effectively with customers and resolve queries.
Support senior management in day-to-day operations.
Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C) or above.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, record keeping).
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
