∎ Sound knowledge in Computer program especially in Ms. Excel, Word, Accounting software, Inventory / Fixed Assets management related software
∎ Excellent English knowledge both oral and written
∎ Sound knowledge in computer skills (MS Office & Internet).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Inspect Account Books and accounting system for efficiency and use of accepted accounting procedures
∎ Ensure effective control of University's Inventories and Fixed Assets management. Cost center wise fixed assets and inventories recording, tagging, location identification and movement monitoring
∎ Organize and maintain financial records
∎ Financial data collection and data entry
∎ Accounting work
∎ Inspect Account Books and accounting system for efficiency and use of accepted accounting procedures
