∎ M.Com / MBA in Accounting from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all kinds of vouchers and posting to accounting book, ledger maintenance, ensure posting on software.
∎ Ensure timely data entry in the automated accounting software system.
∎ Checking & Verification of bills, vouchers and others supporting documents.
∎ Dealing with Bank & FI's and to inform management about the position of cash & bank
∎ Maintains all office files and record and keeps update for external audit.
∎ Secure the proper filing and storage of all financial records.
∎ Work in a team environment and collaboration with various departments.
∎ To understand all the organization's liabilities and has many legal contracts, statutory & tax obligations.
∎ Reports financial status by developing forecasts; budget, reporting results; analyzing
∎ Variances; developing improvements.
∎ All other duties as and when assigned by the Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in Audit/ Accounts/ Finance functions
∎ Fluent in English.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer skills (MS Office & Internet).
