Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Pharmaceuticals, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep record of transactions
∎ Maintain record of assets
∎ Store and preserve materials properly so that items could be easily located
∎ Maintaining proper stores record in software and register book
∎ Maintain liaison with other departments for materials receiving and issuing purpose
∎ Conduct monthly physical inventory
∎ Reconcile and update reports with production department
∎ Make timely entry of transactions in accounting systems using software
∎ Prepare vouchers for financial transactions with proper supporting documents
∎ Prepare payment cheques, pay orders and bank reconciliation reports
∎ Assure filling and preservation of financial vouchers and files in a confidential manner
∎ Ensure and arrange timely disbursement of fund cheques /cash flows
∎ Ensure compliance with TDS and VDS
∎ Ensure primary checking of bill/ vouchers before payment
∎ Maintain liaison with Tax, Vat, Procurement and other departments on compliance issues
∎ Maintain LC related transactions i.e. Export LC, Import LC, B2B LC, EDF etc.
∎ Calculate landed cost of raw material and capital machinery
∎ Maintain and record proper inventory related transaction in ERP
∎ Prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable IAS/IFRS
∎ Develop, maintain and analyze budgets and variance analysis
∎ Visit Factory frequently when required
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
