Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing of Monthly Financial Statements & Management Report.
∎ Maintaining & preparing all kind of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to finance & accounts.
∎ Monitoring & checking Petty Cash Payment, Bank Payment, Journal Voucher, different bills, invoices & books of accounts & sales Statement.
∎ Dealings the matter of VAT & Income Tax.
∎ Maintain cash & bank reconciliation & fixed assets register.
∎ Well conversant with the accounting issues related to sales, receivable, payable, Tax and VAT.
∎ Monitor daily cash & collection movement.
∎ Must be a Tally Accounting Software Expert otherwise please do not apply. Convert company's manual accounting system into an automated one using Tally.
∎ To ensure daily data entry in the Accounting software in due time.
∎ Co-ordinate with other department such as Procurement, Finance & Commercial.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
∎ To ensure TDS and VAT calculation, deduction and deposite accurately and timely as per law.
∎ Graphics design and digital marketing experience will be added as an additional experience.

∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
