Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the Lead Designer to conceptualize, develop, and execute designs for seasonal collections.
∎ Conduct research on market trends, emerging styles, and customer preferences.
∎ Assist in creating detailed sketches, mood boards, and design presentations to communicate ideas effectively.
∎ Work closely with the production team to ensure that design concepts are executed with precision and meet the brand’s quality standards.
∎ Assist in sourcing fabrics, trims, and other materials while keeping in mind sustainability and cost-efficiency.
∎ Ensure all designs align with the brand's identity, ethos, and target audience.
∎ Stay updated on global and local fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and innovations to bring fresh ideas to the table.
∎ Contribute to the organization and archiving of design materials, including samples, patterns, and digital files.

In this role, you will work closely under the guidance of our Lead Designer, contributing to the development and execution of unique and culturally conscious designs.
