∎ O level & A Level will be an advantage.
∎ Must be good at English & Bengali.
∎ Working capability in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
∎ Analytical skills with knowledge of Google tools.
∎ Excellent communication skills.

∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Looking for individuals with a minimum of 2 years job experience. Experience in an online travel agency (OTA) will get advantage.
∎ Job Location: Bashundhara Residential (Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promoting and marketing the business.
∎ Sourcing destinations to meet consumer demands for sustainable travel and tourism.
∎ Dealing with customer enquiries, aiming to meet their expectations and selling tour packages.
∎ Managing budgets and maintaining financial records.
∎ Taking part in familiarisation visits to new destinations in order to gain information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers.
∎ Liaising with travel partners, including hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often one year in advance.
∎ Overseeing the smooth, efficient running of the business & generating reports and submitting to senior management.
∎ Respond to customer queries quickly: Facebook, WhatsApp, Phone
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years. Experience in an online travel agency (OTA) will get advantage.
∎ Should have good scene about basic visa processing
∎ May need to travel for operational purposes.
∎ Must have passport as you may be required to travel abroad
∎ Vast knowledge about the travel & tourism industry.
∎ Must have knowledge about market competency & customer handling.
∎ Mentality to work under pressure. You may be required to work for an extra hour.
∎ Willingness to adapt to new things.
∎ Must complete daily tasks.
∎ Should be able to offer specialist, professional and competitive travel products to meet the demands of the travel market, which includes online bookings and tailor-made trips
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
