Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Masters in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and prepare all kind of vouchers and General Ledger.
∎ Properly maintain and update daily accounts related records manually & Accounting Software.
∎ Ensure bills and voucher checking, verifying and proper recording as per guideline.
∎ Ensure proper records of all business transaction Vouchers.
∎ Daily financial statements as per management requirements.
∎ Expertise in vendor payment related VAT and TAX issues.
∎ Have general knowledge about VAT, Tax & AIT.
∎ Expertise in using Tally, Quick Book software.
∎ Maintain and preserve proper filing systems for all Finance related documents and related source vouchers.
∎ Perform month end & yearly financial closing activities.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
∎ Monthly Inventory Counting, reconciliation and reporting.
∎ Prepare the actual cost of Goods Sold.
∎ Managing daily cash reports and perform periodic reconciliation.
∎ Ensuring timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
∎ Generating Bills/Invoices, Maintain purchase ledgers and monitor Receivable & Payable Management.
∎ Total Inventory Management central and cost center wise.
∎ Coordination and good corporate communication with Suppliers, Bank and regulatory bodies.
∎ Updating company Accounting software and preparation of different reports as required by the Management.
∎ Monthly and periodical reports of production, Sales, collections and receivables.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
