Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 42 years
∎ CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
∎ Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
∎ In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Fijian tax regulations.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Documents Processing Fee: 120,000 BDT (Documents Preparation, Notarization, Foreign High commission Visa Verification Cost, BMET Manpower Processing Cost, 3 Days Training, etc.)
∎ Airfare: 250,000 BDT – 300,000 BDT
∎ Visa Application cost: 40,000 BDT
∎ Recording Financial Transactions: Maintain accurate and timely records of all financial transactions.
∎ Preparing Financial Statements: Generate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide a clear picture of the company’s financial health.
∎ Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
∎ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards to avoid legal issues.
∎ Internal Audits: Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of financial processes and internal controls.
∎ Accounts Payable: Process invoices, verify transactions, and manage payments to suppliers and vendors.
∎ Accounts Receivable: Invoice customers, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
∎ Payroll Processing: Calculate salaries, wages, deductions, and taxes, and ensure timely payroll processing.
∎ Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
∎ Documentation: Maintain and organize financial records for easy access and retrieval.
∎ Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports for management review.
∎ Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
∎ Vendor Management: Address vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues promptly.
∎ Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing issues effectively.
∎ System Management: Manage financial systems and software applications used for accounting and reporting.
