Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Airline, Manpower Recruitment, Overseas Companies, Immigration/Visa Processing

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Airline, Manpower Recruitment, Overseas Companies, Immigration/Visa Processing

• Age 28 to 45 years

• Experience in tender and contract development and contract administration.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Government procurement policies and procedures.

• Sound organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to meet milestones and deadlines.

• Exhibit strong team management skills.

• Must have good computer skills.

• Must have good English language skill, both in speaking and writing.

• Work with the Pharmacy Procurement Managers to purchase and manage the supply chain of the pharmaceutical products. National distribution of stock. 
• Initiating purchase orders for supplies.   
• Receiving and distribution of supplies, processing purchase requisitions.      
•  Review and manage all vendors and suppliers accounts·   
•  Maintain purchase records and other important data.        
• Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
• Identifying opportunities for tender proposals.     
• Developing strategies to win new business. 
•  Writing and editing Tender Proposals.
