∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, NGO, Security Service, Group of Companies, Hospital, Hotel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and ensure round the clock security & safety system of company premises.
∎ Initiating, facilitating and promoting activities to foster security awareness within the company.
∎ To monitor and control visitor movement at whole office premises and to sure that no unauthorized personnel enter restricted areas.
∎ To monitor and management of CCTV & Vehicle tracking.
∎ Safeguard company properties, assets, visitors and business associates.
∎ To check gate pass of employees and goods/materials.
∎ To monitor the performance of third party security service providers.
∎ To maintain close liaison with the tenants and ensure their security requirements as per company policy.
∎ Liaising with the emergency services, local administration (Police Station, RAB, Industrial Police & etc.)Ambulance, fire service dept. to resolve issues related to safety and security.
∎ Maintain continuous liaison with local administration
∎ Duty distribution of security guards, managing rosters and follow up.
∎ To conduct training for the related personnel's related to security issues.
∎ To prepare investigation report regarding offenses, to maintain logbook for offenses and take necessary steps as preventive measures for future.
∎ To monitor & manage fire & safety Measures.
∎ Control & Communicate with proper channel during any incident.
∎ To participate in general administrative issues.
∎ Any other related task assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The retired army personnel who have 1-2 years related experience are especially encouraged to apply.
∎ Must have the ability for detecting, preventing & responding to offenses immediately.
∎ Must have strong Leadership Skill.
∎ Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
∎ Excellent team playing aptitude with pleasant personality.
∎ Have mentality to work in stress & long hours.
