Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/ MBA (Accounting/ Finance).
∎ CA/(CC) completed.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the Managing Director and provide recommendations for improving the organization's operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance.
∎ Develop & execute an annual Audit plan for auditing all areas & All sister concern.
∎ Ensure proper internal control system and follow-up of the implementation of audit recommendation.
∎ Evaluate that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning as intended and will enable the organization's objectives and goals to be met.
∎ Conduct Internal Audit raised from the Management within the company and follow-up implementation of management's plans and decisions taken for operational level.
∎ Identify the problems, limitation & loopholes in the business process and report to the management timely.
∎ Monitor to the internal control & compliance procedure with company's rules and regulation on financial transaction and administrative activities.
∎ Detect fraud & error and assessing risk of operation and recommending to prevent the same
∎ Control and verification of inventory, fixed assets and cash (imprest, petty & Cash sales)
∎ Check all policies, procedures & instructions are properly implemented and introduced
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill, voucher for ensuring the accurate accounting transactions.
∎ Review the Audit working papers and prepare Audit report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
