Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the Managing Director and provide recommendations for improving the organization's operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance.
∎ Develop & execute an annual Audit plan for auditing all areas & sister concerns of Hatil Complex Limited.
∎ Ensure proper internal control system and follow-up of the implementation of audit recommendations.
∎ Evaluate that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning as intended and will enable the organization's objectives and goals to be met.
∎ Conduct Internal Audit raised from the Management within the company and follow-up implementation of management's plans and decisions taken for operational level.
∎ Identify the problems, limitations & loopholes in the business process and report to the management timely.
∎ Monitor to the internal control & compliance procedure with the company's rules and regulations on financial transactions and administrative activities.
∎ Detect fraud & error and assess the risk of operation and recommend preventing the same.
∎ Control and verification of inventory, fixed assets, and cash (imprest, petty & Cash sales)
∎ Check all policies, procedures & instructions are properly implemented and introduced
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill, a voucher for ensuring accurate accounting transactions.
∎ Review the Audit working papers and prepare Audit reports.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
