Additional Requirements:
- Age 20 to 35 years
2+ years of experience in motion graphics or animation (portfolio required).
Strong design sensibility with an excellent grasp of typography, color theory, and composition.
Creativity, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
Experience in video editing and sound design is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a talented Jr. Motion Graphics Designer who can conceptualize, design, and animate visually captivating videos and graphics for various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creativity, storytelling, and innovation, with a strong understanding of branding and advertising requirements.
- Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animated ads, explainer videos, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the creative team, art directors, and marketers to develop concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
- Translate static designs into engaging motion assets optimized for digital channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all animated visuals and videos.
- Edit raw footage and integrate special effects, music, and sound design when required.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, animation techniques, and tools to keep our content modern and impactful.
