Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering
∎ Diploma in Textile Engineering (TE) degree.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring students' progress; gives feedback; facilitates student participation in learning activities.
∎ Assesses students' performance on practical, oral, written examinations.
∎ Teaching students how to use equipment and techniques required for experiments.
∎ Assisting research scientists with their work by maintaining lab equipment, organizing data, and performing other administrative tasks.
∎ Preparing solutions used in experiments, including chemicals, solutions, buffers, salts,acids, bases, and reagents.
∎ Recording data from experiments to monitor progress and identify problems or errors.
∎ Preparing specimens for examination.
∎ Helping present staff of spinning laboratory.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Superior/Head/Dean/Higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have knowledge in textile production, with a specific focus on making yarn from small amount of raw material (fiber), subsequently fabric production and fabric dyeing possibly by using natural dye which is sustainable regarding environment point of view.
∎ Candidates should have expertise in all stages of Textile production such as-making yarn using spinning wheel, making fabric from that yarn and dyeing of those materials.
∎ Note: Tribal candidates having practical knowledge will get preference.
