• Master of Arts (MA) in Islamic Studies

• At least 2 years

• Age At most 45 years

Must-Haves:

• Strong knowledge of Islamic Studies, including Aqidah, Fiqh, Akhlaq, Seerah, and Qur'anic teachings

• Ability to teach Islamic values and ethics in an engaging and age-appropriate manner

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• Ability to foster character development and moral education

• Proficiency in both Bangla and English

• Commitment to student-centered learning and professional growth

• Willingness to relocate to Narsingdi and commit for at least two years

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in English-medium or international schools

• Ability to recite and teach the Holy Qur'an with proper Tajweed

• Experience organizing Islamic events, competitions, and co-curricular activities

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and educational technology tools

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

• Plan and deliver engaging Islamic Studies lessons for Primary and Lower Secondary students

• Develop students' understanding of Islamic beliefs, values, practices, and history

• Foster moral character, respect, responsibility, and ethical behavior

• Encourage students to apply Islamic teachings in their daily lives

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development

• Participate in curriculum development and professional learning activities

• Contribute to school events, assemblies, and Islamic cultural programmes
