■ Minimum Master’s Degree from any reputed University in any Diascipline with good command in english and computer literacy. Result: No third class in any degree.
Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experiences in reputed University/Organization. Preference will given to those having work experiences at any University/ Corporate body.

■ Digital Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the university’s programs, events, and initiatives. Analyze digital trends in higher education and recommend innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility.
■ Social Media Management Oversee the university’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.). Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content that aligns with the university’s voice and goals. Monitor social media metrics and generate reports to improve engagement and reach.
■ Content Creation & Management Develop high-quality digital content including blogs, newsletters, videos, graphics, and infographics for web and social platforms. Coordinate with faculty, students, and staff to gather content for campaigns and university highlights. Sr.Officer Digital Marketing
■ Website & SEO Management Maintain and optimize the university website for user experience and SEO. Conduct regular SEO audits and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings. Ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with university branding.
■ Email & CRM Campaigns Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns for prospective students, alumni, and stakeholders. Segment target audiences and personalize communications to maximize engagement. Track performance metrics and adjust campaigns to achieve goals.
■ Paid Advertising & Analytics Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive admissions, event registrations, and brand awareness. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Prepare monthly performance reports and present insights to senior management.
■ Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with the Admissions, Alumni, Communications, and Academic departments to ensure cohesive messaging. Train and guide junior marketing staff or interns in digital marketing best practices.
■ Brand Management & Online Reputation Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels. Monitor online mentions, reviews, and feedback; respond appropriately to maintain positive reputation.
■ Innovation & Research Stay updated on emerging digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices in higher education. Evaluate new platforms, technologies, or approaches to increase engagement and outreach.
