Job Context:
∎ We are looking to hire a data-driven MIS Officer / Executive to maintain all our information with proper documentation. His/ Her responsibilities include contacting with sales force and distributors and should have to maintain all data and reports after the end of the day.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To gather and compile monthly reports and analyze accordingly,
∎ To prepare product wise daily lifting report,
∎ To monitor the sales team’s productivity and prepare and share incentive schemes with the management,
∎ To liaise and follow up with the other departments to deliver the assignments on time,
∎ To prepare fund collection reports on a regular basis,
∎ Reporting on FF’s tracking on a monthly basis,
∎ To submit the reports as per management requirements,
∎ Any other job assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge of MS Office (Specially MS Excel & Bangla Typing), MS PowerPoint, Internet Browsing etc.
∎ Should have experience in Business Development/ MIS/ Organization Development/ Sales & Marketing
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
∎ Strong Communication Abilities in Bangla & English (Written & Verbal).
∎ Females are encouraged to apply.
