∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage multiple default accounts and regular follow-up and pre-planned effort for debt recovery.
∎ Locate and contact bad debt customers about outstanding obligations.
∎ Send notice to default customers for payments.
∎ Investigate and identify customer complains/balance gap/disputes .
∎ Maintain files regarding debtors for payment updates and current contact information.
∎ Involve & provide support physically to the field force for account receivable recovery.
∎ Schedule & Action plan for faster recovery of outstanding payments.
∎ Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
