∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Must be Minimum 2-4 years experience in construction or manufacturing company. Good skill in Accounting. Good communication & team working skills. Highly organized.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Must know Talley Prime & ERP software MS office (especially MS Word & MS Excel)·
∎ Reconcile payments received/made with invoices.
∎ · Monitor Suppliers and Subcontractor account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
∎ · Central ledger reconciliation.
∎ · Record keeping of transactions & preparation of all kinds of vouchers posted in software-appropriate accounting treatment.·
∎ Assist in month-end reconciliation and roll forward of balance sheet accounts.·
∎ Contributes to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ · Position as Executive, Accounts will require you to report to the Head of Accounts and perform as per his requirement·

∎ Any task requirement as per management.
