Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Daily Dispatch Report Send to Factory.
∎ Monitor Customer Order, Create Advance Invoice, Order Release, Customer Query Details, Order history, Status & Follow up by System.
∎ Monitor customer invoice, Order lines and ensure worthwhile distribution.
∎ Provide Customer Service (Distributors with Field force employee) by Telephone/mobile.
∎ Maintain Distributors collection, report check, Market coverage.
∎ Taking over DD, PO, Checks, Online from field force and submit those to accounts through entry on System.
∎ Always keep update information of price list, distributor list and sales representative list.
∎ Any work Assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure
∎ Good IT skills
