Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Pharm /B. Pharm
∎ BBA/MBA/BBS/MBS/B.Com/M.Com (Major in Marketing) having science background in SSC & HSC.
Job Context:
∎ TECHNOKIT is a business corporation/group since 2002 made up of several concerns holding separate business entities which conduct businesses with Pharmaceutical Raw Materials (API & Excipients), Pharma Lab Equipments, Pharma Packaging, Medical Equipment, Cosmeceutical & Beauty Care, Natural Food divisions along with finished Medicines & Surgical division (licensed as model pharmacy which is designed to be chain healthcare shop & pharmacy).
∎ TECHNOKIT HEALTHCARE LIMITED, a separate concern of the same ownership group, is looking for some young, energetic & dynamic human resources for the mentioned post(s).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare promotional plan and strategy for assigned products.
∎ To visit qualified specialist doctors & medical professionals regularly to communicate the scientific messages of our products.
∎ To Plan, monitor and achieve the sales target of specialist areas through prescription generation.
∎ Maintain good liaison between company and doctors/ medical professionals with best professional rapport.
∎ Generate innovative ideas to enhance brand value.
∎ Participate in the field force training.
∎ Prepare training manuals for new products as well as existing products and train-up the field forces.
∎ Prepare product catalogs with specs.
∎ Search for new products, conduct feasibility analysis and launch new products.
∎ Design promo materials, conduct promotional events, train the sales force accordingly, analyze market and sales growth.
∎ Observe competitors promotional and marketing activity, design and implement strategic reactions.
∎ Update packages of existing products.
∎ Coordinating with regulatory affairs department for product registration and approval of promotional materials by drug administration of govt. of Bangladesh.
∎ Any related jobs assigned by the management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the Pharmacist area(s):
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies business area.
∎ Candidate should have computer literacy like office program along with web browsing & E-mailing.
∎ Age limit: Below 30 years.
