Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA or MBA (Accounting/Finance/ HR) from any reputed University/ CA CC with Part Qualification from a reputed firm.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Excel & Word.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain accounts ledger, bookkeeping of the organization independently with software knowledge.
∎ Prepare & filing all vouchers, Cash Book, General Ledger, Bank Book, Bill Register, Debtors & Creditors Ledger, Party registers related accounts.
∎ To monitor, and shoot troubles in day-to-day operation and give feedback to supervisors
∎ To communicate with different govt. regulatory bodies. (Vat Office, NBR, BSEC, BB etc.)
∎ Contact, follow up and collect Receivables, VDS & TDS Challan from Clients
∎ Maintain all Books of Accounts related Sales, Receivables Etc.
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge in accounting, financial planning, cost, budget, audit, banking and others related activities of Service Company.
∎ Having good knowledge on VAT, Taxation is preferable
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Candidates with previous experience in relevant field will get preference.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good communication skill, both written and verbal in English & Bangla.
∎ A self-motivator, self-starter and a team player
∎ Good organizational and time-management skill
∎ Enjoy networking and meeting new people
